Founder & President
About Mary Collum
Mary Collum provides the leadership and forward-thinking strategy that helps businesses thrive in competitive markets. With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, she brings deep expertise in banking, wealth management, and executive leadership.
Prior to founding Vantage Strategic Consulting, Mary served as Senior Vice President of Premier Wealth Management at National Bank of Arizona, where she founded and directed the Private Bank. She led a high-performing team of Wealth Advisors, Private and Non-Profit Bankers, and Treasury Officers, delivering a distinctive client experience. Earlier in her career, she was appointed the inaugural female Regional Credit Manager at National Bank of Arizona.
Mary is deeply committed to community leadership. She currently serves on the Board of Fresh Start Women’s Foundation and as Treasurer on the Executive Board of the Phoenix Country Club. She is a past Chairman of the Arizona Foundation for Women and the Hon Kachina Council, a past Director of Central Phoenix Women, and a founding member of the NB|AZ Women’s Financial Group.
Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School and Valley Leadership (Class 33).
